Patient Services Representative

Ajilon is looking to grow the Patient Services Department of a new company in Nashville, TN. The Patient Services Representative is responsible for answering all patient inquiries regarding their accounts. The company prides themselves on the high level of customer service they provide, and received multiple awards last year. Please review the qualifications below and apply today!


  • Answer incoming calls pertaining to patient records, billing, insurance, EOB’s, appointment scheduling, and eligibility
  • Contact both patients and providers for additional information and record all interactions in the company CRM
  • Audit and Update patient records as needed
  • Maintain professionalism at all times and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
  • Occasionally perform front office duties: greet clients, answer and direct phones
  • Additional duties may be assigned as needed


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of Healthcare Customer Service experience
  •  EPIC Software usage a plus*
  • General knowledge of CRM preferred

    Employment Type: Full-Time

    Work Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday
