Ajilon is seeking a Payroll Administrator for a direct hire job opportunity with a fast-paced, growing organization in Charlotte, NC. This company is looking for someone with 2+ years payroll experience and experience supporting HR.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare multi-state, salaried and hourly payroll for processing
  • Follow up on missing timecards
  • Calculate and input commissions for sales colleagues
  • Input and process garnishments
  • Process new hires and terminations
  • Process invoices for payment
  • Partner with ADP for payroll processing and other needs 
  • Utilize VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and formulas in Excel for payroll and reporting
  • Assist in handing worker’s compensation claims
  • Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of HR Payroll experience
  • Bachelor's Degree required 
  • Multi-state tax payroll processing experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • HRIS system experience
  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Formulas)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
