Now hiring a Payroll Specialist in Pinellas Park, Florida. The candidate for this position should have superior communication skills (both verbal & written), and procedures and programs of the organization as well as processing payroll and maintaining employee records.



  • Process Payroll (500+ Team Members)
  • Provide routine monthly reports requested from payroll and third parties
  • Maintain all withholding orders for set up and processing thru ADP as well as provide information to team members
  • Distribution of payroll checks and earning statements
  • Audit and reconcile a wide range of personnel actions and payroll documents
  • Develop in depth understanding of Payroll Database to be able to create Ad-Hoc reports on demand


  • Bachelor’s degree or related experience
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in payroll processing (ADP)
  • Experienced with outsourced and in-house processing
  • Multi Taxation Reporting (knowledge of reciprocity when applicable)
  • Compliance driven
  • Detail-oriented
  • Able to work under tight deadlines, with flexibility
  • Able to deal with difficult, sensitive information and can maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organizational, time management and prioritization abilities
  • A team player with excellent communication skills
  • Knowledgeable with timekeeping systems

Strong familiarity of components of ADP payroll processing
