Ajilon has a Personal Assistant job opening for our client private equity and investment banking client in Houston, Texas area. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years in a similar role handling administrative functions and supporting a executive including running errands and processing expense reports! This is a temp to hire role with a salary range of 50-65,000 depending on experience level.
General errand running including shopping
Supervision of vendors in household
Online ordering and tracking including related receipts and returns
Provide administrative support as needed
Generate and process own expense reports
Correspondence and email management
Ad hoc projects as needed
Must be detail oriented
Must be able to cater to multiple personalities and support various departments
