Ajilon has a Personal Assistant job opening for our client private equity and investment banking client in Houston, Texas area. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years in a similar role handling administrative functions and supporting a executive including running errands and processing expense reports! This is a temp to hire role with a salary range of 50-65,000 depending on experience level. 


  • General errand running including shopping
  • Supervision of vendors in household
  • Online ordering and tracking including related receipts and returns
  • Transportation locally
  • Provide administrative support as needed
  • Generate and process own expense reports
  • Correspondence and email management
  • Ad hoc projects as needed
  • Additional Notes:

  • Must be detail oriented
  • Must be able to cater to multiple personalities and support various departments

  • could lead into leadership and traveling position if interested! 
  • Experience: 1-3 years in a role requiring administrative support

    Compensation: 55-65,000

    Employment Type: Contract to Hire

    Work Hours: On call retail schedule- catering to the CEOs needs.
