A Planning Manager is a visionary leader who promotes quality and innovation across the manufacturing industry. You will play a vital role in production planning, continuous improvement, and staff development in an environment of rapid expansion and innovation. You'll oversee all production activities and ensure that processes are carried out in accordance with existing standard operating procedures. To achieve the company's goals, collaborate cross-functionally with all departments. You will oversee managing the planning support functions to guarantee that the plan and schedule are followed to satisfy the needs of the customers in a safe, healthy, and efficient manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline (or equivalent) is desirable.
Demonstrated ability to lead people and achieve objectives through others is required.
The ability to plan ahead, plan, and establish action plans in order to attain desired outcomes.
The capacity to strike a balance between safety, quality, productivity, cost, and employee relations and generate favorable results.
The ability to focus on quality and pay attention to detail, as well as problem analysis and resolution.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the capacity to handle several priorities are also required.
