We are currently recruiting for a Production Expeditor role in High Point, NC! This is a great opportunity with a small, family owned company that is growing! This role is 100% on-site. You must have strong attention to detail, strong communication skills and a strong work ethic. We are looking for someone with at least 3 years in a manufacturing company, working with inventory, purchasing and vendor management!

Responsibilities:

  • Expedite, organize and consolidate all component orders and parts as directed
  • Help facilitate the flow of materials, components, and paperwork within the department to fulfill production schedules
  • Adhere to safety and quality standards
  • Ability to navigate company MRP system, run production schedules, etc. as needed
  • Help coordinate work activities within several departments to ensure highest possible productivity and quality
  • Ensure each department is following job schedule(s) as assigned
  • Assist to ensure product is manufactured to work instructions, router, print, specifications and all other customer requirements.
  • Requirements:

  • Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
  • At least 3 years of manufacturing experience
  • Proficient in Excel and Word
  • ERP experience preferred
  • Strong email communication abilities are crucial
  • Must be quality-minded and pay attention to details
  • Must follow quality and safety standards
  • Must be honest, Respectful to others, dependable, and innovative and strive for excellence
  • Must be able to verify and inspect work performed by others
  • Ability to read blueprints
