Ajilon is working with a client located near Trenton, New Jersey to hire a Purchasing Associate. This is a contract to hire position with starting hourly pay between $18.00-22.00. This is a great opportunity to work closely with vendors and develop partnerships with internal and external customers.
Primary responsibilities will include processing orders, preparing pricing requests, and answer inquiries.

Process orders and change requests in a timely manner
Build and maintain supplier relationships
Assist with vendor selections and negotiating prices
Maintain accurate product information such as descriptions and pricing
Prepare and review pricing requests
Answer inquiries from partners as needed
Assist in determining material needs and requirements and ensure on-time purchasing
2+ years of relevant purchasing experience required
Excellent interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual a plus
8:00 – 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday
