Real Estate Administrative Assistant

Ajilon is partnering with a leading real estate company to fill their open Administrative Assistant job in La Jolla, CA. To qualify, you must possess at least two years of recent, relevant experience in the real estate industry. You will work with a team of go-getters and you will be able to use both your organizational skills and creativity skills in this role. This is a TEMP-TO-HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $25.00 and $29.00 per hour, depending on your level of previous experience.

Responsibilities:
-Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
-Running reports and analyzing data
-Managing the company's social media
-Creative marketing collateral
-Liaising with vendors
-Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the office
-All other related administrative and marketing tasks as required

Qualifications:
-At least two years of recent, relevant experience in a related role
-The ability to manage multiple responsibilities
-Previous experience in the real estate industry required
-Experience with Adobe Photoshop preferred
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
-Excellent attention to detail
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
