- Answer incoming telephone calls, greet and direct callers to the appropriate lines
- Be the first face guests will see upon arrival and help with any inquires
- Plan office wide events when necessary; order lunches and catering
- Perform other related clerical duties such as filing, receiving and sorting mail
- Consistently demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organization skills with strong attention to detail
Job Type: Full Time, Contract
Hours: 8:30 - 5 PM, Monday - Friday
Salary: $13.50 per hour
