Ajilon is currently sourcing for a Receptionist to join a company near Grand Rapids, MI. As a Receptionist you will be responsible for all daily administrative duties including filing, emails to clients, answering phones, maintaining the office, you will have a team-player attitude, strong Microsoft Office experience and have at least 2+ years previous administration experience.


Job duties will include:

  • Greet and welcome visitors
  • Provide general administrative/clerical support
  • Answer all incoming calls and direct them to appropriate person(s)
  • Handles incoming mail
  • Special projects and reports as needed
  • Maintain office areas
  • Assist with booking and coordinating all corporate travel arrangements


  • Associates Degree
  • 2+ years previous administrative experience
  • Ability to work well in team-environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
