Recruiter Job in San Diego, CA

Ajilon has partnered with a growing non-profit organization with offices throughout Southern California, and they are searching for a Recruiter to join the team and staff for their San Diego programs. This position will operate 100% remotely with the exception of occasionally running in office for materials. This is currently a temporary position for a minimum of 6 months, and the ability to go permanent will be based on both company need and performance. The pay for this position is ranging from $20 - $23 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities include:
- High-volume recruiting for a variety of social services positions
- Passive recruiting for higher level roles as needed
- Partnering with program managers to understand hiring profiles
- Posting and refreshing job advertisements
- Filtering resumes and reviewing applications   
- Initiating contact with applications and conducting pre-screens
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers
- Tracking applicants and providing follow up
- Initiating the onboarding process

Qualifications:
- At least three years of high-volume recruiting experience
- Familiarity with ATS systems
- Confident navigating resume databases
- Highly organized with a strong ability to multi-task
