Ajilon is currently seeking a Staff Recruiter for a Manufacturing Company in Louisville, KY. In this role you would be responsible for recruiting functions for staff openings within an assigned area, including sourcing, recruitment, and selection of candidates for internal openings.   • Partner with management teams on position needs and staffing requirements for assigned department(s). Function as a partner to our internal customers and to applicants. Work with a sense of urgency.
  • Collaborate with the HR team and management to develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies and align with current and future staffing needs.
  • Interview applicants and evaluate against position requirements.
  • Proactively connect and follow up with all employee referrals
  • Utilize an Applicant Tracking System to track and maintain up-to-date candidate profiles and application information.
  • Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
  • Have a thorough knowledge of employment policies and practices, legal constraints, and interviewing techniques in order to comply with employment law, while effectively screening candidates.
  • May assist in employee counseling activities related to internal promotional opportunities and transfers.
  • Responsible for tracking recruitment and hiring efforts to ensure processes are transparent and measurable.
  • Talent Acquisition projects as assigned.
  • Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or comparable area of study.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in recruiting and sourcing required.
  • Must be experienced in using social media platforms for recruitment
  • Proficient Computer Skills in Microsoft Office, Recruitment systems
  • Strong oral and written communication skills required. Ability to effectively interact and communicate with all levels within the organization.
  • Sound professional judgment and decision making in a high volume and deadline driven recruiting environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills – demonstrated attention to detail and thoroughness in a professional capacity.
