Ajilon is looking for an experience Recruiter with 3-5 years of recruiting experience. This position will primarily focus on identifying passive candidates in the existing job market. Position will be sourcing for finance, administrative, and banking focused positions.
-Manage applicant flow but also call 20 passive candidates a day; that may be directly calling their work
-Interview candidates; determine if qualified prior to making recommendations to the hiring manager
-Utilize and Applicant Tracking System and update all candidate information
-Extend job offers and benefits
-Projects as assigned.
-Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field
-Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience required
-Experience with an Applicant Tracking System
-Excellent communication skills
