Ajilon has an opening for a Recruiter position that is fully remote. This individual must be a motivated worker who wants to grow and add to their years of experience in a recruiting position.
Self-motivation, ambition, and time management are all traits that someone who would be a good fit will possess.
Must have great written and oral communication skills
Recruit top talent and achieve quarterly hiring goals by looking through internal and external sites
Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations and closing of candidates.
Evaluate candidates by screening resumes, interviewing qualified candidates, and evaluating skill level
Collaborate with the talent acquisition team and hiring managers to understand and define hiring needs (technical requirements of roles, the function and how it fits into the organization) and establish effective processes to support hiring goals
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
Conducts regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
Some experience in sales is a plus
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
At least 3-5 years of experience recruiting
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Great written and oral communication skills
Must be extremely detail oriented
