As a Recruiting Coordinator you will work closely with the Human Resource team in a fast-paced organization. Your job will be to speed up the recruiting process and keep up with day-to-day communication between candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters.
- Answer incoming candidate and client phone calls
- Create new job postings daily and attract new applicants
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates
- Prepare and send offer letters
- Conduct reference checks
- 1+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Monday – Friday
- 40 hours per week, overtime as needed
