Ajilon is working with 2 great companies who need some Administrative Assistance in the Human Resources Department. These roles are a great opportunity to start your career in Human Resources. 

 

Responsibilities include:

-Assist with employment verifications

-Prepare purchase orders and process invoices

-Assist with recruitment efforts including creating job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and sending offer letters

-Conduct onboarding, I-9 verifications, and new hire orientation

-Administer safety programs and trainings and audit for employee compliance

 

Qualifications:

-College degree preferred

-2+ years of relevant Human Resources experience

-Excellent computer skills and tech savvy

-Thrives in a fast paced environment and meeting deadlines

- Prioritize and manage time efficiently

- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail

- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
