Recruiting Coordinator (Onsite Position in Overland Park, KS)
Ajilon is currently seeking a highly motivated Recruiting Coordinator who is hoping to grow exponentially within a growing company. This role includes posting current and upcoming job opportunities through various outlets, recruiting, interviewing qualified candidates, matching, and extending offers to selected candidates. We are looking for someone with some recruiting experience and to assist with sourcing and matching. Salary is $50,000-$55,000. This is Direct Hire and onsite in Overland Park, KS. Benefits include competitive healthcare insurance package including dental, vision, Short and Long-Term Disability options, 401K match, and paid time-off. This is a newly renovated office space in growing downtown Overland Park, KS. The job is onsite, but flexibility will be permitted to remote as discussed with HR Manager.
Qualify and prescreen candidates based on job descriptions and qualifications.
Generate, track, and manage reports related to assigned open positions. Provide timely and thorough updates to hiring manager.
Coordinate and schedule interviews and test candidates based on hiring manager and applicant availability.
Complete required pre-employment processes i.e. reference checks, background, and credit checks prior to offer.
Assist with onboarding procedures as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in business, HR management preferred
1+ year recruiting, or HR Coordinator experience required, manufacturing field is a bonus
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Proven ability to work in a productivity-focused environment and deliver consistent results with urgency.
