Recruiting Coordinator
 
Ajilon is working with a client located near Levittown, Pennsylvania to hire a Recruiting Coordinator. This is a contract to hire position with starting hourly pay between $20.00-24.00. This role will allow you to interact with candidates from sourcing to on-boarding and assist with establishing a seamless recruiting process!
 
Primary responsibilities will include scheduling interviews, extending offers, and keeping candidates exchanged throughout the recruiting process.

Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with clients to gather availability and create interview schedules with hiring managers
  • Screen candidates resumes and assess candidate’s skill set
  • Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring profiles
  • Send interview confirmation emails and information to managers and candidates
  • Conduct reference checks prior to an offer extension
  • Create offer letters and extend offers
  • Evaluate current recruiting strategies and make recommendations for improvement
Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in a recruiting, Human Resources, or Administrative role
  • Knowledge of HR policies and best practices
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
 
Work Hours:
Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
 
Compensation:
$20.00-24.00/hour
