Ajilon is working with a client located near Princeton, New Jersey to hire a Recruiting Coordinator. This is a contract to hire position with starting hourly pay between $18.00-22.00. This role will allow you to strengthen your knowledge and expertise within HR and interact with candidates and managers!
Primary responsibilities will include scheduling interviews, extending offers, and keeping candidates exchanged throughout the recruiting process.

Communicate with clients to gather availability and create interview schedules with hiring managers
Assist with developing and implementing new recruiting strategies
Screen candidates resumes and assess candidate’s skill set
Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring profiles
Send interview confirmation emails and information to managers and candidates
Conduct reference checks prior to an offer extension
Create offer letters and extend offers
Assist with the onboarding of new hires
Evaluate current recruiting strategies and make recommendations for improvement
1+ years of experience in a recruiting or HR role
Knowledge of HR policies and best practices
Outgoing and positive attitude to effectively interact with candidates and managers
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
