Do you have Recruiting experience? Are you passionate about gaining experience within Recruiting? Ajilon is working with a well-known local organization to find an enthusiastic Recruiting Coordinator based in the Portland office. Ideal candidates will have at least six months of Recruiting experience. As the Recruiting Coordinator, you will work directly with Talent Acquisition to review and screen potential applicants at a high volume. This is a long-term contract role, with an hourly pay up to $23.
Reviewing applicants via company website or other sources
Phone screening potential candidates
Scheduling interviews in various locations
Coordinating on boarding including initiating background checks
Assisting with other recruitment related projects as needed
6+ months of Recruiting experience is preferred but not required
Great communication skills
Strong sense of urgency and determination
Proficiency with ATS preferred
Computer savvy and proficient in MS Word, Outlook and Excel
