Are you eager to contribute to the rapid growth of a business? Ajilon is looking for an experienced Recruiting Manager to join a company in Seattle, WA. As part of a growing team, you will be responsible for aligning talent acquisitions to support organizational goals, objectives and growth initiatives. You will play a vital role in designing and modifying recruiting procedures and supervising the recruiting team. As a Recruiting Manager you will also partner up with the Director to recruit and fill executive level openings.
Update current and design new recruiting procedures
Keep track of recruiting metrics
Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
Develop and foster strong relationships/partnerships with executives and leaders across the organization
Identify training and individual coaching needs for recruiting teams
10+ of progressive recruiting experience
5+ years of proven experience in a leadership role
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
Strong decision-making skills
Ability to influence and drive organizational planning and execution in hiring
