Our client located in Largo, FL is looking for a Customer Service Representative to work remotely on a long term contract. Each Customer Service Representative is responsible for promoting the benefit and scheduling of health risk assessments with members of health insurance plans. All candidates must be located within the Tampa, FL region as there will be a few days a month where you will have to go into their Largo, FL office. This is a great opportunity for Tampa residents who are looking for a remote opportunity!
You will be an ideal candidate if:
-6 months + of call center experience required
-Must have High School Diploma or GED completed
-Must be comfortable speaking about medical beneficiaries over the phone
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus, but not required
-Must be able to multi-task and switch gears in a rapidly changing environment
This is a long term REMOTE contract opportunity paying $13.50 p/h.
Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm
