Remote IT Recruiter

Ajilon is looking for several IT Recruiters. These roles are available to be 100% remote, but the office is located in Central Saint Louis, MO. 

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates
  • Manage 10-15 open requisitions
  • Screen applicants and conduct initial interviews
  • Maintain pipeline of candidates for open jobs

    • Requirements

  • 3+ years of technical recruiting experience (Java, SQL, Python, .Net, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good phone presence

    • Hours: Monday-Friday, normal business hours

    Job Type: Full-time, temp to perm
