Remote Part-Time Recruiting Coordinator
Note: Must be local to Seattle to attend monthly in-office meetings.
We are partnering with a fun and exciting tech company in Seattle to bring on a Remote Part-time Recruiting Coordinator!
In this role you will support the Recruiters on the team with new-hire administrative tasks.
Upload new-hire documentation into HRIS
Assist with requesting backgrounsd checks
Coordinate interview schedules for hiring managers and candidates
Provide excellent candidate and hiring manager experience
Other related assigned tasks
6+ months of recruiting experience
Experience with HRIS preferred
Strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work ambiguously
Contract – possibility for extension
