Start the new year off right with a brand new position. We have a client in the Sarasota area looking for hard working and motivated outbound call center and sales candidates. The ideal candidate will be comfortable making 100+ outbound calls a day and have a sales mentality.
- The Sales Development Representative will focus on the full prospecting life cycle by executing a vertical-based business development strategy for start-up businesses in the areas of high-tech, finance, and professional firms
- The person in this position will promote and generate business opportunities by engaging C-level executives on their human capital strategies.
- Manage a pre-call plan and conducting research on prospects.
- Develop high level communications and relationships with C-level executives via email and phone.
- Time and territory management.
- Qualify marketing opportunities through consultative selling.
- Manage data in the Salesforce CRM system to audit the prospecting life cycle.
- Experience in prospecting and research
- Minimum 0-1 years of PEO experience
- Experience with Salesforce and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) preferred
- Experience in SaaS, Cloud, ERP, HRIS sales preferred
- Experience in consultative selling within technology, professional and financial services preferred
