Start the new year off right with a brand new position. We have a client in the Sarasota area looking for hard working and motivated outbound call center and sales candidates. The ideal candidate will be comfortable making 100+ outbound calls a day and have a sales mentality.

  • The Sales Development Representative will focus on the full prospecting life cycle by executing a vertical-based business development strategy for start-up businesses in the areas of high-tech, finance, and professional firms 
  • The person in this position will promote and generate business opportunities by engaging C-level executives on their human capital strategies. 
  • Manage a pre-call plan and conducting research on prospects.
  • Develop high level communications and relationships with C-level executives via email and phone.
  • Time and territory management.
  • Qualify marketing opportunities through consultative selling.
  • Manage data in the Salesforce CRM system to audit the prospecting life cycle.

Experience:

  • Experience in prospecting and research
  • Minimum 0-1 years of PEO experience
  • Experience with Salesforce and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) preferred
  • Experience in SaaS, Cloud, ERP, HRIS sales preferred
  • Experience in consultative selling within technology, professional and financial services preferred
