Ajilon is conducting interviews this week for a call center in Tempe! This company is looking for a strong Sales Recruiter to join their expanding team. This team truly needs a someone with high volume customer service and sales focused recruiting experience. While this role may be remote to start, this company needs someone who will be comfortable working in office a few days a week!
Day to day responsibilities will include:
Facilitate sourcing for potential candidates, interviewing, and onboarding activities that lead up to the date of employment.
Execute sourcing and selection processes for hourly workforce needs including: job posting, screening, interviewing, selection, documentation, compliance, correspondence, communication with candidates, coordinating offers, and finalizing hiring process
Building a continuous candidate pipeline and creating leads through various sourcing methods including but not limited to: cold calling, internet search, job boards, networking, social media, external referrals, employee referrals, career fairs, professional associations/organizations, college alumni/associations, applicant tracking system, diversity sourcing, etc.
Qualified candidates will have:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in a high growth and high volume environment. (sales type recruiting much preferred!)
Strong computer skills and experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (preferably Taleo) as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
The ability to meet tight deadlines, and thrive under pressure
