Sales Support Coordinator - Strong Excel Skills NEEDED
Hours Monday - Friday
Ajilon Cincinnati is looking for an Excel guru for one of our clients, a consumer products company. This person will be assisting their sales professionals throughout the US. They will be updating stores with new products and specials and answering inquiries regarding products, inventory parts. Candidates should be well versed with Excel (v-look ups, pivot tables, macros).
Resolve sales issues regarding products, shipping
Update sales reps on seasonal promotions and new products including availability
Research product inventory through Excel to find available products
Troubleshoot shipping discrepancies
Client/customer support experience
Intermediate Excel skills (V-look ups, Pivot tables)
Excellent written and oral communication skills
