Ajilon is seeking a Senior Director of Human Resources for a direct hire opportunity with a local nonprofit that provides health and social services to the community they serve.

The Senior Director of Human Resources is a member of the senior management team and is in charge of creating a strong framework for success of company goals. This candidate would lead the direction of HR policies, practices and priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Create internal and external HR processes and practices.
  • Partner with leadership team to develop budgets.
  • Engage with Board of Directors.
  • Oversee and coordinate recruitment, hiring, onboarding, development, employee engagement, performance evaluation, and offboarding.
  • Coach managers on delivering unbiased and equitable communications and supervisory practices.
  • Ensure legal compliance on all company guides, handbooks and training materials.
  • Construct and manage training and development programs.
  • Oversee employee compensation and benefits to stay competitive.
  • Carry out internal investigations.
  • Lead employee recognition and engagement programs.
  • Ensure payroll is processed in an accurate and timely manner.

    Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or in related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of mid-level HR experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of management experience
  • Employment Type: Direct Hire, Full-Time, Hybrid (during COVID)

    Compensation: $105,000- $120,000 dependent on experience

    Work Hours: 9:00AM- 5:00PM, 40 hours per week
