Senior HR Representative
Currently work remote (must be located in Atlanta GA or Charlotte NC)
Pay: DOE
Contract: 6 month with possible extension
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage and lead policies and programs covering the following functions within Human Resources:
talent acquisition, talent management,
salary administration,
employee development,
employee promotion,
employee engagement,
Partner with centralized HR COE function(s) in most instances.
What are the four most critical responsibilities for this position?
Partner with IT Senior Leadership to drive talent strategies.
Collaborate with business leaders to implement strategies focused on increasing employee engagement, retention, and employee development.
Provide guidance and coaching to management to help develop a strong performing team
Play a consultative role to employees, managers and leaders to manage organizational change.
