Let's talk! Ajilon is searching for a contract Social Media Administrator for an impressive managed care company in the Tampa, FL area!


  • Monitor all of the company social media accounts
  • Provide customer assistance through various social media channels
  • Create content for various social media channels
  • Report on social media trends and run analyses 
  • Support strategic initiatives such as the launch of new social media channels
  • Assist in the onboarding process and training of new employees on the social monitoring tool
  • Support the reporting and analysis for social media accounts

  • Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, or another related field required
  • Minimum 2 years managing social media responsibilities for a company or similar experience required
  • Past experience in customer service, escalations, and various social media channels required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Khoros, or a similar company-wide social media monitoring tool

  • Work Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, M-F (40 hours per week)

    Job Type: 6-month contract (potential to extend based on performance)
