Sr. Administrative Assistant
Ajilon is hiring a Sr. Administrative Assistant for a client located in Tempe, AZ. This is a permanent opportunity that will be supporting high-level executives in a laid back environment.
The typical job duties are:
- Schedule meetings, arrange travel and hotel reservations
- Maintain organization of company files
- Complete budget reports
- Greet and assist any visitors as needed.
- 2+ years of experience in an Administrative Assistant role
- Strong Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask
