Is your background in HR? Ajilon is working with an established client in the Fort Worth area that is seeking a Sr. HR Generalist. We are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of HR experience that thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate can handle all aspects of HR including payroll, benefits and full cycle recruiting.

Bilingual Sr. HR Generalist Responsibilities:

  • Lead HR practices and objectives that provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture
  • Develop & implement HR policies to ensure compliance & achieve department goals
  • Administer employee benefit program (Health insurance, dental, life insurance, 401k & PTO)
  • Full cycle recruitment and manage hiring process by partnering with department managers
  • Work closely with CFO & Director of Operations to ensure company goals are being met
  • Manage all aspects of payroll, ensuring timely delivery of checks to all employees
  • Consults with leadership on all Training & Development initiatives: address needs, implement trainings & conduct follow-ups to ensure training plans are being completed
  • Performance management guidance with department heads (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
  • Serve as the main point of contact to all employees within all aspects related to HR
  •  Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher education required
  • 5+ years of human resource experience
  • Spanish bilingual preferred but not required
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook Calendar
  • Strong knowledge of employment law for Texas and Federal laws including ACA and FMLA
