Ajilon is working to fill a Sr. Human Resource Generalist position for our client that is located in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the Human Resources field. They should be comfortable working on-site, have 3+ years of recruiting (Bank related positions) Payroll, Benefits, Employee Relations, and ATS/HRIS. This candidate will work closely with management in order to provide training for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full cycle recruitment process.
  • Manages applicant tracking system and ensures information is well organized and disposition of candidates is up to date.
  • Manages the Affirmative Action Plan and ensures that it is completed each year. Coordinates and documents affirmative action outreach activities.
  • Manage the Paylocity performance management system. The process needs to be finalized in the system so that we will be able to train employees on the use of it and implement the process before the end of this year.
  • Assists with the management of employee relations issues.
  • Assists managers with Individual Development Plans for their teams, the development and the implementation of the plans.
  • Manages HR processes and ensures that they are being followed.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3-5+ years of experience in HR
  • Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Paylocity Experience
  • Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
