Do you have at least 5 years of Full-Cycle Recruiting experience? Are you interested in Tech recruiting? We are working with a large Manufacturing client in SW Portland, OR to find a Sr. Recruiter. The Sr. Recruiter will assist with all levels of positions, with a focus on Technical roles. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of Recruiting experience, and the ability to manage up to 25 requisitions at a time. This is a long term contract role, with an hourly pay of $35. You will play a key role in shaping the company culture by recruiting a talented and diverse workforce. 
  
Sr. Recruiter Responsibilities

  • Manage full cycle-recruiting
  • Conduct in-person interviews 
  • Create and monitor job postings, internal ATS and website
  • Consult with hiring managers to assess the needs of their team and collaborate in creating job descriptions
  • Conduct market research to ensure fair and competitive compensation plans across all levels of employees
  • Partnering with senior leadership to assist in innovating the hiring process
  • Attend Recruiting events to find local talent
 Requirements
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Proven ability to prioritize a large array of tasks while staying organized
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience with ATS
