Our client, a rapidly growing manufacturing company based out of the Denver Metro Area is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner who will be an important face of the company, find the best talent to join the company, and establish processes surrounding the recruiting, hiring and retention of employees. The ideal candidate will possess four or more years in full cycle recruiting, possess experience from a manufacturing or construction industry, have a Bachelor’s degree, and have strong presentation skills. Senior Talent Acquisition Partner Responsibilities:


  • Majority of role full life cycle recruitment across various departments including Operations, Manufacturing (skilled and general labor), Engineering, Quality, as well as other departments
  • Proactively targeting and sourcing of candidates using databases, social media, networking, and other sources
  • Attend job fairs, attend college trade schools, professional association hiring events, trade shows, industry-specific events, on-site open house events, coordinate Company hiring events
  • Travel required, including overnight, up to 40% of time, based on other locations’ hiring priorities and business needs
  • Develop hiring and recruiting KPIs specific to a few locations, measuring success of recruiting activities, advertising effectiveness, and meeting timelines set forth by management
  • Propose and help to create revised recruitment process, making ongoing improvements
  • Asses key knowledge of the local market and nationally, and apply to Company practices
  • Improve alignment of resources for rapid escalation of hiring in markets and when business needs change and require additional capacity
  • Complete weekly report on talent and hiring activity, HR metric, and on a quarterly and annual basis for the department
  • Partner with human resources team members to research compensation data, conducting wage analysis as requested or for new positions
  • Use ATS and play important role on ATS upgrade or implementation
  • Working with Director of Human Resources on a variety of recruiting and HR projects


Senior Talent Acquisition Partner Qualifications:

  • 5 (five) years or more experience conducting full-cycle recruiting in a high volume or rapidly-growing environment
  • Experience recruiting or sourcing for manufacturing and operations roles, as well as executive level positions required
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Must be able and willing to travel up to 40%, overnight travel within US
  • Demonstrated proven sourcing skills utilizing current social media sourcing tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Flexibility to adapt to change with high-growth company and new systems
  • Ability to hold employees accountable, communicate hiring practices effectively
  • Experience in managing data and reporting 
  • Analytical aptitude, where can assess talent and recruiting metrics and make recommendations, create go-forward plan 
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Government contracts experience a plus
