Supply Chain Coordinator
Ajilon is proactively recruiting for a Supply Chain Coordinator for our client in the Pittsburgh, PA area. In this position you will be responsible for working with internal staff and vendors to ensure appropriate product availability based on customer demand. As our ideal candidate, you will have 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain and superb customer service skills.
Analyzing reports on a weekly basis for potential customer impact activity and trends
Maintain the contract records database including tracking of supplier rebates
Manage and process purchase orders, including new entries, changes, and returns
Communicate cross functionally with manufacturing, supply planning, and distribution
Ensure orders are completed and delivered within a timely manner
Bachelor’s Degree in business related area or equivalent required
Ability to work independently and part of a team
Excellent customer service and communication skills required
2+ years of purchasing experience
