Ajilon is currently seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator with 2-5 years’ experience in a fast-paced environment. This is a direct hire opportunity with an industry leading company in Alpharetta, GA. This is a great opportunity to work with a result-oriented team that rewards its top performers.


  • Develop metrics to measure forecast accuracy and related processes to work towards continuous improvement.
  • Support business inventory and production strategies to meet organizational supply chain improvement opportunities.
  • Escalation for Supply Chain Support personal. 
  • Level II Customer Support
  • Internal Support Across all departments
  • Assign tasks to Supply Chain Support personnel
  • Participate in the preparation of monthly customer billing per company guidelines and within approved timeframes
  • Proactively work with the customer and Program Manager to identify opportunities for repair, test, refurbishment, and asset retirement
  • Coordinate asset pickups using approved 3rd part freight carriers. 
  • Coordinate inbound activity with logistics department.
  • Monitor activities across the various teams or departments working on the program and/or project. Including but not limited to web orders, transfers, replenishments, Customer RMA/Warranty Management, disposals and dispatch.
  • Identify and effectively communicate opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains within the company and our customer organizations.  
  • Report regularly to the Program Manager and Functional Manager to ensure activities are executed per the requirements of the customer agreement (SOW). 
  • Preparing and keeping records of the day-to-day activities of a project or program.

    Minimum Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree or 2-5 years of comparable Customer Support or Supply Chain Experience.
  • Collaborative attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Strategical thinker with ability to formalize ideas into action.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure Quick problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to plan ahead.
  • MS Dynamics 365 and/or Power BI experience preferred but not required.
