Supply Chain Coordinator

Ajilon has an opening for a contract Supply Chain Coordinator in the Princeton, NJ area. This individual will have the opportunity to work alongside equally experienced professionals and grow even further in their career

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating between various departments to ensure material flows efficiently from warehouse preparation to dock appointment times
  • Investigating incomplete or late shipments and determining root cause of delivery issue
  • We are looking for a proactive and hardworking team member who is excited to be part of a growing team & brand.
  • Must have experience using SAP and Excel to track the movement of product
  • The individual must be able and willing to communicate cross-functionally with a broad group of team members.
  • They will work with Suppliers, Distribution Centers, Freight Forwarders, Customs Brokers, Sales, Order Management and Customer Accounts in fulfilling their daily duties.
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required in Supply Chain & Logistics
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Any use with ERP or SAP, or PowerBI Systems are a plus
  • Must be proficient with all Microsoft Office programs
