Your priorities in this Supply Chain Manager role:
Drive teams to work with the highest quality products at the lowest cost.
Manage purchasing and planning staff across multiple operating sites.
Develop relationships with international and domestic vendors.
Determine inventory stocking levels to maximize inventory turns
Coordinate with internal teams to set the master production schedule and inventory plan to forecasted demand, labor and production constraints.
Communicate daily overall supplier purchasing plans to meet production schedule.
Ensure proper inventory levels for raw materials and finished product to meet customer demand.
We’re looking for:
Bachelor’s Degree; 10+ years’ experience in a production planning, purchasing and supply chain management; Five+ years’ supervisory and management experience – OR relevant combination of education and experience.
Advanced competency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
Strong leadership qualities and experience working with purchasing and planning teams in a manufacturing environment.
APICS or CPIM certified desired
