Your priorities in this Supply Chain Manager role:

  • Drive teams to work with the highest quality products at the lowest cost.
  • Manage purchasing and planning staff across multiple operating sites.
  • Develop relationships with international and domestic vendors.
  • Determine inventory stocking levels to maximize inventory turns
  • Coordinate with internal teams to set the master production schedule and inventory plan to forecasted demand, labor and production constraints.
  • Communicate daily overall supplier purchasing plans to meet production schedule.
  • Ensure proper inventory levels for raw materials and finished product to meet customer demand.
  • We’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree; 10+ years’ experience in a production planning, purchasing and supply chain management; Five+ years’ supervisory and management experience – OR relevant combination of education and experience.
  • Advanced competency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong leadership qualities and experience working with purchasing and planning teams in a manufacturing environment.
  • APICS or CPIM certified desired
