Supply Chain Improvement Specialist

If you’re an experienced Supply Chain Professional looking for the opportunity to really make an impact on an organization, read on!  Our client is an international industrial manufacturer looking for someone like you to evaluate and improve their supply chain operations.  From order entry to production, shipping, billing and delivery, you will look for efficiency opportunities.  The company is very stable and offers their employees top notch benefits, paid time off and advancement opportunities.  This is a full-time, permanent position offering a salary in the range of $70,00 to $80,000 plus bonus.


Responsibilities of the position include:

  • Will work across multiple departments to evaluate current processes with an eye for improvement opportunities
  • Design process flows and present improvement plans to department heads and company executives
  • Provide training on new processes to department staff
  • Create and track KPI’s pre and post implementation
  • Travel to 2 other sites in the Northeast one every other month
  • Communicate with global counterparts on successes, obstacles, etc.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Economics or a Business discipline
  • Three or more years of experience within a complex supply chain organization
  • Highly analytical mindset and technical proficiency
  • Experience in change management projects
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
