Talent Acquisition Analyst

Ajilon has an opening for a contract opening for a TA Analyst in the Princeton, NJ area. This individual must be specialized in Talent Acquisition and has at least five or more years of experience in a similar position

This candidate will interface and communicate with employment candidates and hiring managers for the various open positions in the U.S. If your background and skillset align with the responsibilities below, apply online today.

Responsibilities:

  • High volume scheduling of candidates interviews for the Talent Acquisition team
  • Work with Corporate Travel to organize candidate travel as well as internal Talent Acquisition travel arrangements if needed 
  • Manage and file candidate expense reimbursements
  • Partner with Human Resources to identify specific team needs and help come up with a plan to address it
  • Analyze trends in hiring, recruiting, and placements
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team leads
  • Prepare documentation such as offer letters and hiring paperwork Stay on top of current recruiting trends within the industry
  • Maintains portions of Taleo applicant tracking system.
  • Pre-hire on-boarding for new employees and assists in the new-hire orientation process and input data into automated systems and audits data entry
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in a Talent Acquisition role
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Great written and oral communication skills
  • Must have great excel experience (Pivot Tables and V Look Ups)
  • Ability to work with different departments and levels of management
  •
