Talent Acquisition Specialist
Are you a versatile Talent Acquisition Specialist looking to take on your next opportunity? A financial services client of ours located in Midtown, Manhattan looking for a detail-oriented new addition to their rapidly growing Human Resources department. This person will be wearing many hats – including, but not limited to, high-volume recruitment, on-boarding, and employee relations.
Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts for entry-level to C-Suite roles across departments
Streamline the recruitment process including creating on-boarding manuals and developing trainings for new hires and managers to ensure the best practices for talent acquisition
Work alongside the Human Resources Manager and key hiring managers to identify requirements for all open positions
Manage the quality of the candidate experience
Work in a high-volume capacity supporting multiple business lines
A minimum of 5-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources is required
Knowledge of current employment laws and regulations
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
