Talent Acquisition Specialist

Are you a versatile Talent Acquisition Specialist looking to take on your next opportunity? A financial services client of ours located in Midtown, Manhattan looking for a detail-oriented new addition to their rapidly growing Human Resources department. This person will be wearing many hats – including, but not limited to, high-volume recruitment, on-boarding, and employee relations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts for entry-level to C-Suite roles across departments
  • Streamline the recruitment process including creating on-boarding manuals and developing trainings for new hires and managers to ensure the best practices for talent acquisition
  • Work alongside the Human Resources Manager and key hiring managers to identify requirements for all open positions
  • Manage the quality of the candidate experience 
  • Work in a high-volume capacity supporting multiple business lines
  • Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources is required
  • Knowledge of current employment laws and regulations
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
