Title: Bilingual Recruiter
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the recruiting, screening, interviewing, and recommending placement of applicants for production, maintenance, truck driver, and administrative positions throughout the company.
Develops recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing needs.
Meets with managers to develop specific recruiting plans.
Develops and maintains relationships with employment agencies and search firms.
Sourcing and attracting candidates by using social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Craig’s list, ZipRecruiter, etc.), radio, etc.
Schedules and attends job/career fairs with appropriate staff to generate qualified applicants.
Will provide initial screening of applications and resumes to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements.
Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process.
Conducts orientation of new employees including preparing orientation packets
Associate Degree, preferably in Human Resources and/or 5 years recruitment experience in a multi-site manufacturing facility.
Excellent attention to detail, time management, communication and organizational skills.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm (40 hours a week)
