Ajilon is partnering with a Portland, OR company on a full-time, direct hire Talent Acquisition Specialist position. In this role you will be the sole person sourcing and screening new talent for the organization. You will be the ideal fit if you have high level of communication skills and the ability to effortlessly handle full-cycle corporate recruiting.
Your priorities in this role:
- Handling 20-25 requisitions at a time
- Targeting and identifying new talent for internal direct hire positions
- Developing innovative strategies and sourcing techniques to prospect new candidates
- Sourcing and screening candidates for internal roles
- Partnering with hiring managers to write job descriptions and nail down important must haves of ideal candidates
We’re looking for:
- MUST have corporate in house recruiting; agency and corporate experience mix is okay
- 5+ Years of experience
- Ability to bring time to fill down
- Able to have a high level of communication with different levels of positions (interns to director level)
- High sense of urgency
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
