Talent Acquisition Assistant
Seeking a Talent Acquisition Assistant with two or more years of experience for a full-time job at an exciting life insurance company in Orange County, CA. This is a contract job that offers the opportunity to work with a growing and dynamic organization within the film and media industry.

-Responsible for scheduling interviews, corresponding with candidates and interview teams, as well as performing additional administrative duties and projects as needed.
-Supports Talent Acquisition Partners with scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates in a professional and timely manner.
-Arrange travel for candidates through travel agencies as needed.
-Coordinates background check process, employment verifications, and executes the new hire onboarding process.
-Work closely with Talent Acquisition Coordinators in each office to balance workload.
-Must be able to collaborate with Talent Acquisition and outside teams.
-Must have 1 to 3 years of related administrative experience.
-Strong Microsoft Outlook Skills (Outlook, Excel, and Word) and the ability to handle a high volume of emails daily.
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and ability to learn on the fly
-College degree preferred
Experience: Two (2) years of recent or current experience required, not an entry-level role
Hours: Full Time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $18 - $24 per hour, (DOE)
