Ajilon is looking for a full-cycle Tech Recruiter/ Manager for a full-time opportunity with a client in the technology- start up industry in Austin, TX.  This company has a sharp focus on hiring top talent who has a passion for delivering extraordinary results and want to experience career growth. Ideal Candidates will have experience in recruiting for a start up company and have a proven success rate in recruiting for iOS developers and managing a team. This is a Full time, permanent opportunity with a salary up to 120,000K!


  • Assist with developing and executing a recruiting strategy
  • solve problems and offer solutions, new ideas or alternatives to to improve or modify work processes
  • Prepare comprehensive reports
  • Proactive communication and providing regular status updates
  • Conduct and provide proactive recruiting support
  •  Successfully sourcing of candidates, networking, building external relationships with vendors, associations, societies and community/diversity groups to develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
  • Experience in high volume, fast paced ambiguous and changing corporate environment
  • Adhere to the highest degree of professionalism and strict confidentiality 
  • Roles this person will handle: Front and back end, iOS developers, Engineering managers, Android Developers
  • Targeting 10 fills per quarter
  • Build out the operational department of the team
  • Assist with creating and developing the culture and values of the team and Improve processes for the team, and overall company
  • Skills:

  • The ability to build rapport with candidates and colleagues quickly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent process management skills that ensure a consistent quality of service


  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience 
  • Experience:

  • 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment and management
