Responsibilities:
Responsible for identifying hiring needs, drafting accurate descriptions, and managing job postings
Sourcing candidates through creative innovative approaches and pre-screen credentials
Administrate the approval process, offer letter, and related activities
Identifying salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other employment pertinent details
Responsible for building pipelines to source and connect with applicants
Work internally with hiring managers to understand positions and team needs
Qualifications
4-5 years of corporate or technical recruiting experience, in-house and/or agency
Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels (web/social/professional networks)
Has built and maintained a broad network of professional relationships
Prior start-up experiences a preferred
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Strong organization skills and diligence in having a self-starter mentality and a strong work ethic
Must thrive and be able to prioritize in a constantly changing environment
Excellent customer-service orientation with a friendly, helpful, and positive demeanor
Prior start-up experience a plus
