An excellent Tulsa based client is looking for a Technical Support Agent. This temp to hire position offers a flexible schedule and a lot of mobility for growth. An ideal candidate with have great communication skills and have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Job Duties:
Provide customer support
Researching and troubleshoot errors
Listen, communicate and identify root causes
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communications skills
Patients and ability to manage stress
Must be willing to work on Saturday or Sunday
Must be open to a 1:00 pm - 10:00 pm schedule daily
Ability to make judgement calls and use proper discretion
