Ajilon is conducting virtual interviews on behalf of a telecom client located in Tempe. This company is in search of a Transport Administrator to join their growing team! This position has a traditional Monday-Friday schedule, and is fully in office. If you have previous logistics or shipping/receiving experience in an administrative support capacity, this may be the job for you!
Assist in brokerage audits, duty draw back and US Goods Returning process.
Work with brokers on Duty Drawback program-this is a brand new initiative for the company.
Verify prepared export shipping documentation for shipments
Manage and execute creation and execution of Certificates of Origin.
The ideal candidate will possess:
High school diploma or equivalent. Some college is preferred
2+ years of administrative support in a logistics environment
International shipping and receiving experience
Experience with duty drawback
Proficiency in all MS Office and SmartSheets
