Ajilon is seeking a Front Office Specialist for an animal health clinic in Glendale. In this role, you will be performing a variety of front office operations and delivering support to both colleagues and pet owners. Must be comfortable with animals as they have a curbside pet drop off where you will walk the animal into the facility.
Responsibilities:
Greet and direct clients and visitors
Schedule appointments and complete registration for veterinary patients
Answer phones and direct client inquiries to the appropriate team member
Enter client information into database
Explain charges/balances to pet owners, receive payments and perform collections
Collaborate with the Manager to help reach and maintain financial and accounts receivable goals
On occasion, animal handling may be required
Other duties may be assigned
Requirements:
Veterinary receptionist skills or healthcare front office/receptionist exp.
Knowledge of veterinary medicine is a plus
Cash Handling
Excellent Customer service
Must be comfortable around Animals and will be doing curb side check ins and will walk the animal into the office.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
